Wins hit double figures at Bridgnorth
IT was celebrations all round for Bewdley Rowing Club this weekend with members scooping a total of 10 wins at Bridgnorth regatta on Saturday followed by another prestigious win at Loughborough on Sunday.

Bewdley Rowing Club members celebrated a fantastic haul of 28 medals at Evesham Head of the River race on Saturday in a week tinged with sadness at the loss of club stalwart Ken Sollom.

Stourport SBH - Poppies and Pride
POPPIES and pride were paramount for Bewdley Rowing Club on Sunday as crews competed in the annual 4,500 metre downstream course of Stourport Head.
Crews attached poppies to the bows of their boats as a mark of respect on Remembrance Day and victoriously notched up six wins to follow on from the success at Stourport Regatta earlier in the year - where the club scooped the Victor Ludorum award. Posted on 17 Nov 2004 by admin
